Last night, after the fiery trials of my work day, I had every intention to shirk my writing and shoot at pixels for the night.

Alas, my plans were subverted by the game servers being down.

So I wrote 1200 words instead :)

I got in about 2,000 words, and only felt like half of them fought me. ;-) I'm learning my outline only hits the high points and only involves one POV character, and there's a lot of stuff I never considered. My character list, and POV characters are expanding. I'm happy to have them even if they don't survive this draft, because they're helping me nail down who knows what when and what motivates my various factions.

2500! I am back down to being only 3k behind on NaNo and I can hopefully shave off another 1000 of that today.

Thew down 2k last night, which puts me within a few hundred words of being caught back up on NaNo.
